JOB SUMMARY

Our client is a major Financial firm, looking for a seasoned ecommerce Business Analyst, who has the sills and experience to Analyze complex financial operational cross-functional business processes across the eCommerce operational departments under the guidance and direction of the eCommerce Business Operations Manager, including: Logistics (Transportation and Fulfillment Center), Photo Studio (within DC Operations), Corporate Shared Services (Sales Audit, Tax, Gift Cards, Payments, Merchandise/Imports Payables), Call Center (Claims, Appeasements, Returns), Merchandising and Planning (Inventory Control), Loss Prevention (Claims, Returns, and Shrink), Store Operations (Returns), Audit Groups (Internal and External), Third Parties, and IT (Internal and External parties).

Major Areas of Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and financial information and provide actionable KPI’s to management
  • In collaboration with IT, ensure that end to end solutions deliver the required business results for al IT related projects
  • In collaboration with IT assist with the on-boarding of new services impacting financial operations, including new merchandise categories and/or third party vendors
  • Assist with inventory control oversight ensuring that proper accounting processes are in place from an operations perspective
  • Assist with established operational process to ensure financial integrity is delivered and maintained
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Shared Services partners and stakeholders to ensure to deliver common objectives and goals and implement new business policies and projects in a timely manner
  • Manage self to ensure that established deliverable deadlines and timelines are met or exceeded.
